About the event
Facilitated by our artistic director, this course is very individual based and is tailored in the moment to the needs of each participant and to finding the missing pieces that help us remove the blocks that hold us back from our innate creativity. This event can either be held as a one off, taster session, or can consist of several sessions that lead towards a piece of performance work for a sharing. In this course we explore an alternative to traditional choreography - where the movement is imposed from the outside - this idea of generating movement that is the most authentic to each of us and aligns completely and shamelessly with our truth, whatever that may be, in whichever moment that may be.
