Courses

We offer a range of courses taught by our company dancers, focusing on emotional release, connection to annother, connection to a group, and connecting to lost parts of ourselves such as our shadow side and inner child. All of these are ways of exploring on the journey to rediscover our innate creativity and the Numinous through the dance.
Our courses range from 1.5 hour workshops to full day courses consisting of 4 sessions.
These courses are ideally matched to locations in nature but are also adaptable for indoor venues.
