About the event
Ideal for beginners, or anyone who wishes to expand their horizons of movement and dance. If you find the idea of a dance session intimidating, or want to be guided into more awareness of how to move your body, or just want to make a start on your dance journey but aren't sure how - this session is for you.
There will be no set movements, no judgement, no bright lights and just a whole load of fun and moving!
